Q. What is the Check-in and Check-out time?
A. The Check-in time is 3 p.m. and Check-out time is 12 p.m.

Q. How to each by car?
A. Drive through either woodlands or Tuas checkpoint drive and follow the road sign Kota Tinggi, the Resort is located 13 KM after Kota Tinggi Town & 3 KM before Kota Tinggi Waterfall (Air Terjun). Along the way there are road sign to direct you to the resort. (Places you will pass by during your travel: Carrefour, JUSCO, Ulu Tiram Mall, Today Mall) After turning into Kota Tinggi, go straight and you will see the BHP Station, Shell Station, cross the river, go straight you will see the Ambank, Public Bank, Hosiptal, go straight you will see Batu Empat, go straight and follow the Kota Rainforest road sign.

Q. What is the charges from Johor Bahru to Rainforest Resort?
A. Take a direct cab from Johor Bahru to the Resort at about RM 60 per cab.

Q. How far is Rainforest Resort away from Johor Bahru?
A. It is about one(1) hour drive.

Q. What is the room rate for weekday (Sunday - Thursday)?
A. Double sharing for 2 persons is RM 168+, Triple sharing for 3 persons is RM214+  and Family Suite for 6 persons is RM 398+. It inclusive of breakfast and are subject to 5% govt tax.

Q. What is the room rate for Friday, eve of Public holiday and Public holiday?
A. Double sharing for 2 persons is RM 210+, Triple sharing for 3 persons is RM 268+ and Family Suite for 6 persons is RM 498+ per room. It inclusive of breakfast and are subject to 5% govt. tax.

Q. What is the difference between Room rate, package rate and promotion rate ?
A. Room rate is based on per room per night and is inclusive of breakfast only. Package rate is based on per person and is inclusive of dinner and breakfast. Promotion rate are included with accommodation, meal and activities. Please refer to the various promotion package for it details of it package.

Q. What kind of room will be given for package rate and promotion rate?
A. Guests can choose wither Double sharing, Triple sharing or Six sharing, but each room must have minimum 2 adults. ( For example, 4Adults 2Children, either 1 Six sharing room or 2 Triple sharing room.)

Q. How many bed(s) does each type of room have?
A. Double sharing is with one(1) double bed, Triple sharing is with one(1) double and one(1) single beds, Six sharing is with two(2) double and two(2) single beds.

Q. If we have 4 persons, can we just take a Triple sharing room?
A. You can take a Triple sharing room but have to add an additional mattress. That is for any additional chargeable person (aged 4 and above) in the room, additional mattress is a must..

Q. Can I make the reservation during the promotional period for later dates after the promotion ends?
A. Reservation is strictly for the promotional period only.
