Terms and Conditions Applied. (Note: upon confirmation of your booking, you have agreed to to the tems and conditionals.
* All rates are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) & subject to 6% government service tax.
* Booking can be made via the website, email and telephone call. Only registered name can be check-in.
* Advance full payment have to be made prior to arrival to guarantee the reservation. Booking is based on first come first serve basics
* A refundable deposit of RM 50 - RM 100 is compulsory during chec-in.
* Surcharge of RM 20/pax maybe applied during holiday and school holiday season.
* No refund upon full payment is made and upon check-in.
* If cancellation is make 7 days prior to chec-in date, no refund is allowed. If cancellation is make 8 days and more before the check-in date, 40%
cancellation charges is imposed.
* Check-in Time is 3pm and Check-out Time is 12pm.
* Strictly no Outside Food, Beverage and cooking is allowed in the room and within the resort premises. Charges applied.
* The room are for registered guest only. Any additional guest in the room will be charged accordingly.
* The number of guest in the room is allocated base on the room type. No additional guest is allowed to stay over the night with the
registered guest in the room. Additional charges applied.
* For security reasons, all visitor to the registered guest must report to the reception to get a pass and must leave by 7pm. If stay overnight
with the registered guest, additional charges applied.
* Any lost or damage to the facilities and items in the room will be charged accordingly. Lost of room key is chargeable at RM 40.
* No refund if cancellation is make 7 days prior to arrival date. 50% admin charges for cancellation 8 days or more prior to arrival.date.
* For security reaseon, all vehicle and guest are subject to security check.
